(1)There are various reasons why personal relationships fail.(2)Firstly, the common reason for the failure in personal relationships is the unrealistic expectations.(3)When the unrealistic expectations are not realised, the people involved feel let down, hurt and blame each other.(4) The second reason is lack of empathy.(5)Empathy means being able to understand how a person feels in a particular situation.(6)To have little understanding of the other person is a sure way to destroy a relationship.(7) The demands by the insecure person may be too much for the other persons to bear and that person may leave the relationship.(8) Finally, when one or both partners are insecure, they feel th need to rely on the other person.
